A Warm Welcome and Wonderful Amenities
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely self-catering cottage close to a wedding venue in the area. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed by the reception staff. They were attentive, friendly, and made me feel right at home. The cottage itself exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom, in particular, stood out with its luxurious rainfall showerhead. The surrounding gardens were stunning, with well-manicured lawns, mature trees, and fragrant lavender and white roses. I even had the pleasure of enjoying a cozy evening by the fire in the braai area, surrounded by the abundance of lemon trees on the farm.

The cottages were well, maintained and equipped with necessary amenities. the views were breathtaking, offering picturesque countryside scenery. the host provided clear communication which made check, in and check, out easy.
The proximity of the cottages made it difficult to enjoy privacy, with noise easily traveling between units. the road noise was noticeable and could be disruptive at times.

We had an incredible time staying at these cottages. They had everything we needed and more. Cleanliness was top-notch as the cottages were serviced daily and equipped with modern and comfortable amenities. We loved the fact that we could still enjoy the best aspects of the Simondium area as it was situated close to the ocean with beautiful pathways and in the heart of the Franschhoek Wine Area. The staff was exceptional, and they made us feel right at home.
Nothing that we didn't like.
